Over the last 2 weeks I noticed a strong odor when I can go to the bathroom and my urine is clear, especially in the morning, no one to advise you what I think, in May or what should I do?

Sounds like a urinary tract infection (UTI). It has nothing to do with what a kidney infection cause chaos. Go to your doctor as soon as possible, a urine test and some antibiotics. Good luck.
